We collect information you give us directly (account details, order info, customer-care correspondence), plus a small amount we collect automatically when you browse the site (IP address, device type, pages visited).
Personal information includes: name, email, shipping address, billing information (processed via Stripe; we never see your full card number), order history, product reviews you choose to post.
How we use it
- To fulfil and ship your orders
- To respond to customer-care inquiries
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in
- To improve the site and our product edit (aggregated, anonymised analytics)
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Port your data to another service

How we keep it safe
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We restrict employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis and run quarterly security audits. We've never had a data breach and we'd notify affected customers within 72 hours if we did.
